How you get your course

• Right after your payment is confirmed, the course opens in your account on calp.training. Sign in with the email address you used when you paid and open “My learning”.
• We send a payment receipt and a GST invoice to that email address.
• Lessons play on a phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection. Nothing needs to be installed.

How long you have it

Access lasts 12 months from the day you enrol, unless the course page says otherwise. We send a reminder before it ends.

If your course does not open

Most payments are confirmed within a minute. If you paid and the course has not opened within 30 minutes, write to us and we will open it for you or refund you. Please send the payment ID or a screenshot of the payment.
